Can Telegram or WhatsApp open directly on mobile?+

Yes. CCAC Landing Kit includes one night at a modern Chinese lifestyle hotel such as Ji or Atour within the standard scope. Comms Setup does not include hotel work. Ground Access can support hotel booking coordination, but the room fee is paid separately; upgrades above the Ji / Atour level, extra nights, taxes, deposits, and cancellation costs are confirmed and paid separately.
What hotel scope is included in Mission Control?+
Mission Control includes two nights at a luxury hotel within the standard package scope. Suites, special views, peak-date overages, extra nights, or hotels above the default budget are available only after the extra cost is confirmed and paid.
